Dublin, 6 March 2020. Expleo Ireland, the technology partner for innovative companies, today announces that it has appointed Mark Kenny as Client Director for its retail banking division. Mark will be responsible for building and driving Expleo’s continued growth within the retail banking industry, where customer experience has become a key differentiator.

In their move to become more customer-centric, financial services firms are undertaking large-scale digital projects that aim to transform the customer experience. Mark will help to drive retail banks’ digital agendas. His guidance will help firms to leverage the latest technologies, and their people, in order to accelerate innovation and enhance customer engagement. In doing so, Mark will ensure security and quality underline every step of the digital journey.

Using a holistic approach, Mark works closely with his clients to identify their business objectives, industry priorities and critical success factors. This is honed through almost 20 years of experience driving innovation for businesses operating in the technology, banking, retail and transport sectors.

Prior to his new role in Expleo, Mark was a client partner at HCL Technologies, where he oversaw the introduction of a new cloud support service. He also spent 10 years at IBM, specialising in IT outsourcing for businesses.

Mark holds a Business Strategy diploma from the London Business School, as well as a diploma in Management Studies from Dublin Business School.
