Paris, 1st March 2021 – Expleo’s Supervisory Board announces the appointment of Christine Ravanat as Expleo’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and member of the Executive Board, effective today.
Christine is an experienced B2B and B2C marketing and business leader who has worked with major global brands. She brings a proven track record of leading digital transformation projects across international teams.

Christine Ravanat holds a Bachelors in Economics, Management and Business Administration from Ecole Superieur de Gestion (ESG), and an MBA from Clark University in Massacusetts, USA. She began her career as a consultant for Bossard Consultants (now Capgemini) specialising in service sectors before joining the Air France subsidiary, Servair.
In early 2000, Christine joined Accor as a senior consultant on internet and distribution projects. She then became the Distribution Director for the Novotel brand before taking on responsibility of the distribution for the Accor brand globally. From 2010-2014 she was SVP Global Marketing for Ibis and Novotel, where she transformed the corporate brands to support global expansion.
Christine was appointed Chief of Staff to the group Chief Digital Officer and a member of the Investment & Strategy Committee. In this role, she was responsible for the launch of the Accor Digital Plan to compete with disruptive industry players. Most recently, she was Accor’s SVP Marketing Transformation & Business Development where her focus was on digitalising the relationship between Accor and hotel owners and was in charge of the go-to-market strategy.
