Olivier Aldrin

Chief Executive Officer

After starting his career at Arthur Andersen, Olivier Aldrin has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at various digital services companies (Serete, Thales IS, Ingenico, Econocom). His previous roles include Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance at Altran Technologies and CEO of Assystem Technologies.

Olivier is a graduate of Neoma Business School (France).

Patrick Anglard

Chief Technology Officer

Patrick Anglard has spent his entire career in IT among the industrial and services sectors. He has held various positions of R&D Management, Technical Direction and Operations Management within Thales group and served as Chief Information Officer at Vallourec before joining Assystem Technologies as CTO.

Patrick is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (France).

Gérard Brescon

Chief People Officer

Gérard Brescon started his career at Assystem in 1983 and held a wide variety of leadership positions across key parts of the group’s business. Managing Director of various subsidiaries, his previous roles also include Chairman of Assystem France and Executive Vice-President in charge of Human Resources for the group.

Gérard is a graduate of Arts et Métiers Paris Tech (France).

Réne Gawron

Chief Performance Officer & Head of Northern Europe

Réne Gawron has held various positions including Head of Business Development for mobile telecom networks at Siemens AG. His most recent position was CFO at SQS.

René Gawron is a graduate of Freie University of Berlin (Germany).

Ralph Gillessen

Chief Executive Officer DACH, Head of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Business Unit

Ralph Gillessen spent his early professional years at Time Warner as an IT systems and business analyst before he moved into consultancy and held various senior business development and consultancy positions. Ralph joined SQS in 2002 and entered the board by an internal promotion in 2013, and became the COO in 2015 where he managed the global sales, delivery and operation organisation.

Ralph is a graduate of the University of Hagen (Germany).

Martin Hodgson

Executive Vice President, Head of Management Consultancy Strategic Business Unit

Martin Hodgson spent his early professional years at Ford Motor Company as an IT systems and business analyst, followed by other senior management positions in IT. He then moved into Management Consulting, becoming CEO of USA/UK-based management consultancy Pcubed and then joining SQS as Executive Director for its global management consulting practice.

Martin is a graduate of Cambridge University (UK).

Damien Lasou

Executive Vice President, Head of Aerospace & Defence Strategic Business Unit

Damien Lasou has 25 years’ sales and client service delivery experience in the industry, both in France and internationally. His previous roles include Global Managing Director Aerospace & Defence, and Airbus global client account lead at Accenture, as well as Executive Vice President Aerospace & Defence for Capgemini.

Damien is a graduate of Isae-SupAero aerospace engineering school (France).

Florent Perdriau

Chief Financial Officer

With 35 years’ experience in financial management in France and the USA, Florent has worked in the defence (GIAT Industries), automotive (Valeo), rail (Alstom Transport) and aerospace sectors. Florent also served as Chief Financial Officer at Daher for 9 years before joining Assystem Technologies as CFO.

Florent is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (France).

Roch Thaller

Chief Executive Officer Frankreich, Head of Automotive & Transportation Business Unit

Roch Thaller has 25 years’ experience in business management positions in the automotive sector. His previous roles include Seating Business Unit Director at Grupo Antolin and Vice-President in charge of the Customer Group Europe at Johnson Controls Automotive. He also served as Vice-President Automotive and Transportation at Assystem.

Roch is a graduate of the University of Technology of Compiègne (France).
