Doing the right thing by our people, stakeholders and the world around us

Society is experiencing a technological revolution that transforms our lifestyles with regards to mobility, consumption, production and communication. Working hand in hand with our clients, we are helping to design and create the products and services that will shape the world of the future.

On strong foundations

Social, societal and environmental responsibility is therefore essential to our success and performance. We are proud to be part of the United Nation’s Global Compact Agreement, which provides practical direction to help drive our global approach and local initiatives across the entire group.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is based on three pillars: caring for our people, collaborating with our stakeholders and controlling our impact on the environment.

People first

We put our employees at the heart of our corporate project. This means commitment to ensure they are offered the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise. We actively promote diversity within the company, with a strong focus on gender equality and disability inclusion. We also strive to ensure the best working conditions with priority given to well-being in the workplace.

In 2017, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our “Handicap Mission” initiative

We create the conditions for responsible growth in collaboration with our stakeholders

We recognise that regular dialogue with our external stakeholders is essential for achieving project success and ensuring the sustainability of the company’s activities. This collaboration allows us to detect emerging trends and needs in order to improve our service offering, policies, processes or solutions. We therefore work closely with clients, partners, suppliers to ensure continuous progress across all our activities. We have also developed a broad network of research centres, institutions, universities and technology suppliers in order to promote socio-environmental innovation and implement long-term initiatives to better train the future professionals in our industry.

In 2017, 20% of our projects were dedicated to eco-design

We control our impact on the environment

We have a dual objective of reducing the ecological footprint of the group and that of the clients we partner with. We improve the socio-environmental performance of our activities by managing promising digital technologies and deploying eco-responsible solutions on our development projects. In house, this translates into policies aimed at limiting our carbon footprint across our facility management and mobility, as well as initiatives to support positive changes in working behaviour (e.g. waste-sorting, printing).

In 2017, we lowered our carbon footprint per employee to 0.83% (down 4.6% year-on-year)
